Hi, I’m Huda, and I'm a 24-year-old Palestinian who grew up in New Zealand for 23 years.

I have always been inspired by creativity and critical thinking. Since a young age, I’ve loved various creative outlets like writing, dancing, fashion, fitness, arts and literature.

As a Palestinian-Kiwi, I’ve always carried a dual-lens approach and curiosity about how society and the overall human experience shape us on a social, cultural, geographical and traditional level.

I pursued sociology when I was 19, which compelled me to think critically about human behaviour, beliefs and identity in the context of social interaction, social relationships, institutions and change. That is why I created a blog section based on sociology to shed light on these topics and create thought-provoking conversations.

Amidst the pandemic in 2020, I felt drawn to create, share and connect with like-minded individuals through my work. I launched B-Divine’s Instagram (@bdivinenz) as a digital medium for total freedom of expression for myself and others, built from my pent-up thoughts, scrapbooks, journals and writing.

The foundation of any form of progression is based on creativity, spirituality, self-development and inter-connectedness.

Growing up, I found that individual and social change are inseparable from creativity, spirituality, mindfulness and self-development. My writing and visual content reflect this and encourages others to draw a deeper connection with themselves.

Professionally, I love all things digital and social media related. As a digital marketer and copywriter, I create and write digital and social content for companies, brands and solopreneurs.

In my spare time, I love to sit by the beach with my journal and connect with nature. I have a profound love for the moon and the sun. My best thoughts come to life when I disconnect from the abuzz city life and tune in.

I’ve learnt that it is my life purpose to help others do the same.
